Senior Data Analyst

## Responsibilities - Perform deep analysis on business datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. - Write highly optimized SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. Ensure query performance is efficient even with large datasets. Act as the go-to expert in SQL best practices within the team. - Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track business KPIs. Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualization. Create ad-hoc reports to answer urgent business questions. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for analysis. Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain robust data pipelines. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues. - Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support senior management with data-driven decision-making. Partner with business, operations, risk, finance, product teams to support problem solving and decision-making. ## Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analytics in data analytics or business intelligence. - Strong SQL skills for analysis and reporting. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical mindset. - Experience in fintech, lending, collections, risk, or consumer finance is a plus. ## Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). ## Benefits - Opportunity to work with complex datasets and drive business decisions through data insights.
