Commission water treatment plants by ensuring process equipment and control systems perform per specifications; Act as construction liaison between design engineering and construction during plant erection; Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance; Manage activities of outside vendors and suppliers; Develop Standard Operating Procedures and log sheets; Develop and execute commissioning schedules and performance plans; Conduct classroom and hands-on training on equipment operation and maintenance; Participate in model reviews, engineering design meetings, and safety in design reviews; Perform control system factory acceptance tests; Conduct after-market services including site and equipment inspections; Prepare technical reports for customer records; Apply mathematical operations for water treatment chemistry calculations and contract cost monitoring; Resolve alignment and plumbing adjustment issues.
