Source and manage suppliers for mechanical structures, enclosures, busbars, wire harnesses, and PCB assemblies; Drive supplier selection based on quality, cost, delivery, and scalability; Negotiate contracts, pricing, lead times, and commercial terms; Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence DFM and design changes; Support prototype programs, NPI builds, and high-volume manufacturing transitions; Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and lead escalations; Monitor supplier KPIs and lead business reviews; Own cost management strategies and lead cost down initiatives; Travel to supplier sites as needed
