Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Power & Renewables projects; Develop and manage project execution strategies, programmes, resources, and delivery plans; Ensure projects are delivered safely, in compliance with all HSE requirements and company standards; Take ownership of project budgets, cost control, contract administration, variations, and overall commercial performance; Manage project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation plans where required; Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery; Oversee subcontractors, procurement activities, and supply chain performance to ensure successful project outcomes; Coordinate closely with engineering, commercial, quality, and site teams to drive efficient delivery; Monitor project progress, provide accurate reporting, and escalate key risks or issues when necessary; Lead project review meetings and ensure lessons learned are captured and implemented across future projects.
