Coordinate assigned construction, fit-out, and expansion projects from an approved brief through execution and handover; Gather and coordinate site requirements with internal stakeholders, planners, technical specialists, property representatives and contractors; Support planning, tendering and procurement activities by coordinating information, quotations and supplier input; Track schedules, costs, invoices, risks, dependencies and changes; Coordinate contractors and project partners during delivery, monitor progress and quality; Support the coordination of applicable permits, inspections, safety requirements and technical approvals; Coordinate commissioning, snagging, handover and close-out documentation
