Responsibilities
Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on pumps, compressors, and air fans; Conduct cold and hot machinery alignment; Execute no-load motor solo runs and record bearing temperatures/vibration; Install and align couplings post-solo run; Support performance testing of compressors; Conduct walkdowns and identify punch list items; Complete approved commissioning procedures and project checksheets; Read and interpret P&IDs and isometrics; Collaborate with Electrical, Instrumentation, and Construction teams to resolve issues.
