Responsibilities
Lead formwork, reinforcement, concrete, post-tensioning and structural steel works; Drive structural sequencing, floor cycles, programme and productivity; Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, materials and tower crane activities; Manage structural inspections, ITPs, hold points, concrete pours and QA; Ensure compliance with drawings, engineering specifications and tolerances; Maintain strong WHS standards across all structural activities; Coordinate structural interfaces with façade, services and finishing trades; Resolve technical, constructability and sequencing issues with engineers and consultants; Monitor subcontractor performance, workmanship and programme; Take ownership of the structure through to topping out and handover to following trades
