Lead strategic redesign of global contract manufacturing network including site selection and capacity planning; Drive step-change in manufacturing and quality maturity across the Global segment; Build and develop a high-performing global manufacturing and quality organization; Act as change leader across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams; Own manufacturing engineering and strategy including operational risk management; Establish and monitor quality KPIs and lead CAPA processes; Champion compliance initiatives and training to support broader transformation; Proactively identify and mitigate operational, quality, and compliance risk across the supply chain
