Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer
What You Will Work On
Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services in Java
Develop backend systems, APIs, and data models within modern cloud environments
Build and improve distributed backend architectures and cloud-native services
Enhance data pipelines supporting experimentation and machine learning workflows
Contribute to architecture decisions related to scalability, performance, and reliability
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations for high-traffic systems
Support observability, monitoring, and operational stability of backend platforms
Collaborate closely with product owners and cross-functional development teams
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to scalable experimentation and analytics platform capabilities
Ensure backend solutions meet high standards for maintainability and operational excellence
Support data-intensive and analytics-driven product development initiatives
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Java
Strong experience working with large-scale distributed systems
Experience with cloud-native development in GCP or AWS environments
Strong understanding of scalable backend architectures and API design
Experience operating and optimizing high-traffic backend services
Understanding of observability, monitoring, performance, and operational reliability
Ability to take ownership from idea through implementation and delivery
Experience working effectively within cross-functional development teams
Curious, collaborative, and continuously learning mindset
Strong communication and technical collaboration skills
