Conduct audits, inspections and surveillance across road maintenance and capital works; Verify compliance with VRMC contract requirements, DTP specifications and Quality Plans; Review completed works to ensure durability, fitness for purpose and audit readiness; Identify non conformances, raise corrective actions and track close out; Analyse trends in defects and rework to support improved delivery performance; Provide practical guidance to crews and supervisors to promote first time quality
