Own end-to-end delivery of VAS including kitting, packing, quarantine handling, and returns/shipback processes; Interpret Google's SOPs and translate them into workable warehouse processes; Trial and test new or amended VAS processes; Design and deliver training for warehouse teams; Plan and manage resourcing and forecast headcount needs; Own quality assurance for VAS activity including disposition and shipback of quarantined stock; Coordinate cross-border shipback and return-to-vendor shipments; Act as operational point of contact for Google's EMEA Fulfillment and Global Ops Sustaining teams; Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for billing and commercial reconciliation; Flag operational risks and SOP gaps proactively
