Lead all back-of-house operations to ensure store organization and efficiency. Support delivery, processing, movement, and replenishment of stock. Drive inventory accuracy through stock control processes and cycle counts. Coach team members on operational standards and stockroom organization. Run daily operational huddles to align the team. Maintain stockroom standards for safety and audit readiness. Support visual merchandising and product moves. Monitor stock flow and respond to trading demands. Manage opening and closing procedures as a keyholder. Step up as manager on duty when required. Identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
