Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end product development process across product categories; Own and manage development critical paths to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved; Take responsibility for garment construction, fit, pattern engineering, and overall product execution; Partner with Design and Technical teams to ensure products achieve intended aesthetic, fit, functionality, and performance requirements; Coordinate development activities across Colour, Raw Materials, Fit, Quality, Sourcing, and Production teams; Act as the primary technical point of contact for products within the area of responsibility; Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met; Ensure products are appropriately tested and comply with legal, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements; Validate product performance and sustainability claims throughout development; Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively to maintain project momentum and minimise delays; Maintain accurate development documentation, including technical packs, sample records, approvals, and sealed samples; Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status, risks, and key milestones; Support continuous improvement initiatives across product development processes, systems, and ways of working.
