Responsibilities
Lead scoping, development, and qualification of new suppliers through quality management system assessments; Partner with product design and manufacturing engineering to incorporate DfX feedback; Own supplier readiness milestones as part of NPI and production ramp plans; Collaborate with suppliers to validate manufacturing processes and quality controls; Drive first article inspections, process capability studies, and PPAP documentation; Identify and drive root cause analysis of non-conformances; Support capacity planning and yield improvements.
