Manage specific engineering and civils project works from concept through to completion, identify and progress capital works opportunities, prepare project progress and financial reports, prepare interim certificates and process supplier invoices, liaise with client project managers to update works programmes, prepare quotations and variations, conduct technical and financial reviews, ensure works are completed to schedule with timely billing, raise purchase orders with suppliers, perform site safety tours, monitor and control subcontractors and suppliers, develop and maintain risk registers, negotiate with clients regarding road space and traffic management plans, ensure factory and site acceptance testing activities
