Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and components for semiconductor equipment; Perform engineering calculations for structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics; Create and maintain 3D CAD models and detailed drawings; Evaluate feasibility of product proposals and resolve technical issues; Manage Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs); Prepare engineering documentation for prototype builds and manufacturing; Support hardware development, installation, and testing; Interface with manufacturing, suppliers, and engineering teams; Review and process engineering change requests (ECR/ECO); Travel to customer or supplier sites as needed.
