Develop electro-mechanical designs for multi-branch avionics harness in 2D and 3D; Create and release electrical schematics to support flight and ground test designs; Specify and select connectors, backshells, wires, cable jackets, and termination methods; Conduct analysis and physical testing of harnessing systems; Generate and manage BOMs, wire run lists, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings; Work with integration teams to validate harness fit, routing, and installation; Perform R&D investigations and trade studies to push wire harness design to new boundaries; Take technical and operational ownership for flight-quality documentation and interface compliance
