Perform end-to-end biomaterial production including formulation, compounding, filtration, and aliquoting; Prepare and operate manufacturing equipment and instrumentation; Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation; Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to onboard new materials and processes; Support inventory management of raw materials and consumables; Provide materials for in-process quality checks and quality control tests; Perform filter integrity tests and verify equipment/process integrity; Monitor and report deviations, non-conformances, or equipment malfunctions; Participate in cleaning, calibration, and routine maintenance of production equipment; Follow aseptic and cleanroom best practices; Identify and propose improvements to process efficiency and documentation; Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures.
