Responsibilities
Operate the Advanced Coffee Roasting System (ACRS) for green, roasted, or ground coffee; maintain coffee quality through GMP and HACCP guidelines; perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and sanitation; monitor machine performance and minimize downtime; conduct internal recall investigations; participate in weekly tastings (cuppings); assess and modify roasting schedules to support packaging requirements; support cost reduction by identifying process improvements; maintain a safe and clean work environment.
