Work with manufacturing sites and field to understand and close Non-Conformance details; Develop manufacturing capabilities and implement Process Control Systems (PCS) at supplier sites; Support review of SPC data for critical parts and manage OCAP execution; Track supplier performance indicators against KPIs; Conduct surveillance and problem resolution audits; Provide leadership during investigations and fulfill SCAR/8D requirements; Support failure analysis (FA) to determine root causes; Drive continuous improvement activities with suppliers.
