Responsibilities
Develop and maintain board/PCBA manufacturing test content; Implement and debug test coverage across ICT, boundary scan/JTAG, and functional test stages; Design and support board-level functional test solutions including fixtures and probes; Develop and maintain MCU-based board test firmware; Implement tests for detecting assembly defects and component failures; Develop PCIe-focused board-level tests; Support bring-up and debug of board test stations at offshore EMS/CM sites; Analyze test failures and yield data to identify root causes; Work closely with hardware, firmware, and SI/PI teams; Contribute to test documentation; Support fixture qualification and tester correlation.
