Responsibilities
Ship, receive, pack, and transport equipment, devices, and prototypes between labs, buildings, and sites; Manage lab inventory and asset tagging; Set up and deploy lab hardware including staging devices, assembling server racks, running cabling, and configuring network switches; Facilitate lab moves, buildouts, and space reconfiguration; Perform basic device setup and network registration; Coordinate and assist with equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration; Schedule and support vendor and guest lab visits; Coordinate environmental health & safety (EHS) and facilities needs; Identify and flag inventory or supply reorder needs; Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of completed work.
