Responsibilities
Lead and develop the UK data team across Analytics, Data, and Data Science engineering. Set direction and operating model for the team aligned to strategic initiatives. Partner with Product, Commercial, and Operations leaders to shape the international data roadmap. Work with global Data and Technology leaders to build a consistent, scalable data platform. Lead data strategy for launching new markets and brands. Oversee migration of international data platforms to shared GCP infrastructure. Provide technical leadership and architectural judgement across data, ML, and platform decisions.
