Responsibilities
Own roadmap and strategy for Cybersecurity portfolio across training data, RL environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products; Define capability map for vulnerability discovery, proof-of-concept reproduction, patch generation, secure code review, supply-chain analysis, malware/binary analysis, detection engineering, and incident triage; Make strategic calls on offense–defense spectrum capabilities; Partner with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specifications and verifiable rewards; Drive infrastructure roadmap for reproducible vulnerability images, fuzzing, sandboxed execution, and automated verification; Establish governance for data quality, contamination prevention, license/IP hygiene, and release management; Recruit and steward a network of security practitioners; Own external partnerships with open-source benchmarks, academic groups, and enterprises; Work with frontier labs and enterprise customers to translate model failures into roadmap items
