Design and engineer long-haul, metro, and data-center interconnect optical networks; Engineer DWDM systems across dark-fiber infrastructure; Design optical paths including amplification, regeneration, wavelength planning, and spectrum allocation; Deploy, configure, operate, and troubleshoot Nokia and Ciena optical platforms; Commission new fiber spans and validate dark-fiber routes; Analyze optical performance characteristics (OSNR, Q-factor, BER, dispersion); Troubleshoot complex optical impairments; Develop automation and tooling for network scaling; Mentor engineers and establish technical standards
