Execute build, assembly, and integration of ECLSS fluid hardware on the shop floor; Author and maintain work instructions and assembly procedures; Define manufacturing processes including tube bending, fitting installation, and joint call-outs; Support proof, leak, and functional testing of fluid assemblies; Identify design for manufacturing issues and drive corrections; Define, design, and procure tooling and fixtures; Perform fit checks and support tolerance stack-up analysis; Track build progress and escalate risks; Train technicians on new processes; Support supplier manufacturing readiness.
