Responsibilities
Discover and clarify mission, user, stakeholder, operational, and business needs through interviews and workshops. Translate needs into product goals, roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support or lead backlog refinement, sprint/PI planning, and product discovery. Use product metrics and prioritization frameworks to make tradeoff recommendations. Partner with Digital Experience Engineers, Business Application Engineers, Quality Engineers, and architects. Facilitate collaboration across business and technical stakeholders. Use AFS-approved AI-assisted tools to accelerate research and decision support.
