Responsibilities
Develop, baseline, and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all satellite subsystems and program phases; Own schedule development for proposals — build credible, bottoms-up schedules tied to the WBS and basis of estimate; Facilitate weekly schedule status meetings with all engineering subsystems; track commitments and flag deviations to program leadership; Perform critical path analysis, schedule margin tracking, and near-term look-ahead reporting; Identify, document, and report schedule risks and opportunities; Support program reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR) with schedule artifacts and trend analysis; Coordinate with supply chain on long-lead hardware and vendor schedule integration
