Responsibilities
Lead technical accounting analysis for purchase accounting on M&A, including preparation of technical accounting memos and recording of journal entries; Support the month-end close process preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis for complex accounting; Collaborate with the M&A team on structuring earnout and other contingent consideration calculations; Oversee and help develop junior accounting professionals within the reporting and corporate team; Ensure adherence to GAAP and the timely completion of account reconciliations in an audit ready state.
