Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions (debt/equity, business combinations, embedded derivatives); Prepare technical accounting memos for specific ASC standards (842, 360, 606, 805, 470, 718, 815, 323); Research and implement accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations); Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures; Collaborate with departments (Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Legal) on accounting expertise; Serve as liaison with external auditors and valuation specialists; Mentor and develop team members; Monitor FASB pronouncements and advise management on reporting changes; Automate accounting workflows using IT tools; Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX.
