Responsibilities
Design and ship backend-neutral CSI drivers with dynamic provisioning, resize, snapshots, and RWO block volumes. Build multi-tenant control planes with isolation, quota, QoS, snapshots, key management, and lifecycle policies. Optimize storage performance and resilience for small-file/IOPS-heavy AI workloads. Partner with operations to monitor, analyze, and optimize storage using telemetry and dashboards. Mentor engineers on building distributed, high-performance systems.
