Responsibilities
Own engineering outcomes for the Authentication & Identity SAT including capacity, delivery velocity, quality, reliability, scalability, and technical health; Align engineering execution with the Authentication domain strategy and roadmap; Lead, coach, and grow engineers and technical leads through feedback, career development, and performance management; Build and evolve the team through hiring, onboarding, and succession planning; Own short- and long-term capacity and capability planning; Ensure effective execution across the software development lifecycle; Partner with Architect, Product Manager, Platform, Architecture, and Security teams on solution design; Be accountable for the stability, performance, availability, and overall quality of the Authentication Service; Evolve engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and incident response; Build a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing team culture; Partner closely with Product and other domains to manage dependencies
