Manage and develop a team of Dynamics engineers; derive internal loads and environmental requirements from system-level requirements; build, maintain, and correlate finite element and dynamic prediction models; support product teams with vibration and shock requirement tailoring and test planning; assess vendor hardware capabilities against dynamic predictions; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Structures, Propulsion, Thermal, Avionics, GNC, Manufacturing, Test, Systems Engineering); participate in technical reviews and failure investigations; support spacecraft qualification activities; manage day-to-day team priorities and resource allocation; provide technical guidance and risk identification support; mentor junior and mid-level engineers; contribute to process improvements for modeling accuracy and analysis efficiency; coordinate with external suppliers and test facilities
