Lead the Fluids Test organization for component and system qualification testing; Develop and execute long-term fluids test strategy; Build and scale a multidisciplinary test organization; Oversee design and operation of test stands and ground infrastructure; Define and drive integrated test campaigns; Partner with Propulsion, Thermal, ECLSS, and other engineering teams; Establish rigorous engineering and operational processes; Lead test readiness reviews and safety analyses; Drive root cause investigations and anomaly resolution; Manage facility utilization, capital equipment planning, and operational budgets.
