Lead the Monthly Close ensuring financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP; Perform quarterly and yearly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss flux analyses; Monitor and reconcile daily cash transactions; Complete formal monthly bank reconciliations for all operating accounts; Record and manage the full lifecycle of prepaid expenses; Prepare comprehensive reconciliations for fixed assets, accrued liabilities, and prepaids; Review and process employee expense reports; Manage the execution of tax filings including Sales & Use tax and property tax
