Responsibilities
Support SW Design Engineers in development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software; Triage mechanical, electrical and software bugs; Manage escalation calls with field support engineers and customers; Work with QA/Support team to add replicated bugs to regression; Work with customer to write correct specs for features and help with fixing bugs and develop small features; Author, revise, and review system specifications, software designs, test plans, and other software documentation; Investigate and troubleshoot internal and external inquiries and problem reports; Participate in system design teams; Work with customer to upgrade tools to the latest SW version and help with qualification
