Responsibilities
Drive creation of skincare products throughout all PD lifecycle (formula development, safety + claims validation, creative concept, creative design brief, and market analysis); Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to define and write new product concepts, research and select both active and story ingredients, and coordinate regulatory and testing needs; Evaluate formula submissions and provide feedback to R&D; Track and communicate all product and packaging submission and approvals; Coordinate, track and analyze all testing (safety, clinical, consumer panel, other) including test design and desired claims output; Collaborate with Regulatory to ensure compliance of product formulae and claims; Maintain and communicate weekly project status report
