Manage and administer multi-cloud subscriptions (PaaS/SaaS) across Microsoft Azure and other providers; Resolve complex technical issues by providing Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting, incident management, and service-level tracking; Oversee the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environment including Conditional Access, identity protection, group management, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations; Manage Microsoft 365 Enterprise products and administer Intune MDM for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android endpoints; Enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) by maintaining the Enterprise Access Control Matrix; Partner with Information Security to research and deploy system hardening solutions, conduct routine security audits, and identify vulnerabilities
