Drive and own top customer productivity issues (defect reduction, tool matching, tool availability) across the product lifecycle. Interact with Hardware, Electrical, Controls, and Software teams to become a system-level expert on new products. Provide guidance to engineering during the design phase on productivity specifications and process best practices. Design and conduct experiments to fulfill objectives using DOE and RSM. Troubleshoot equipment problems using hands-on modalities. Own marathon qualification of new processes and products including data collection and improvement plans. Ensure processes follow best known practices from evaluation through high-volume manufacturing.
