Plan maintenance activities for a 52-week rolling horizon aligned with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Manage and control PCM indicators, Update work centers with standard and adjusted capacity, Schedule maintenance activities for assets in specific statuses, Interface with engineering and operational excellence teams, Act as Supplier, Controller, Planner, and Scheduler to improve maintenance results, Manage interfaces with client and support areas, Prepare materials and resources for preventive maintenance, Monitor planned maintenance demands, Ensure compliance with safety standards and VALE regulations, Ensure quality of contracted services, Implement maintenance guidelines, Maintain physical work environment conditions and 5S standards
