Responsibilities
Consolidate base demand, seasonality, commercial building blocks, and special events to build forecasts; Develop, calibrate, and select statistical and ML models for forecasting; Monitor forecast accuracy vs. actuals and define corrective action plans; Present forecast results, risks, and recommendations in S&OP/Operations reviews; Escalate and manage data or process incidents affecting forecast quality; Document methodology and continuously improve supporting tools and pipelines; Collaborate with Demand Planning, Placement, IBP, and Transport teams to incorporate business changes.
