Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and maintenance of the OpEx system at the site level. Develop and implement the site OpEx strategy, including initiatives, training, and coaching activities. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with production managers to reduce losses, improve efficiency, and optimize equipment performance. Oversee quality initiatives and performance indicators ensuring industry best practices are applied. Promote the use of Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies to achieve operational objectives.
