Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day people leadership for a team of Clinical Engagement Leads, support site engagement strategy and priorities for the assigned region, recruit and develop Clinical Engagement Lead talent, review and approve site engagement plans, serve as escalation point for complex investigator and site issues, consolidate and communicate team-level field intelligence to senior leadership, partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure team alignment, support team training and playbook development, oversee team contributions to IIS identification, oversee data quality and compliance of investigator interactions.
