Lead shift maintenance team to follow implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance, execute maintenance schedules to maintain plant equipment within engineering standards, adhere to all technical problems within the area of responsibility and ensure proper actions are identified and taken, ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhered to, maintain and implement AIB standards, identify opportunities to improve production processes in conjunction with production personnel, ensure spending is in line with the department budget, daily reporting of all shift activities, implement and sustain the OH&S Management System
