Our projects are the interface of organic synthesis, materials science and supramolecular chemistry. ## Responsibilities - Explore the properties and reactivity of nanographene π-radicals. - Tailor properties and function of graphene-based materials through molecular design. - Conduct research at the interface of organic synthesis, materials science and supramolecular chemistry. ## Requirements - Education: Completed (or soon to be completed) degree in chemistry (MSc or equivalent). - Academic Record: Outstanding track record (excellent grades, graduation with honors, summa cum laude, or equivalent, academic awards at the university level). - Technical Skills: - Experience in a synthetic organic laboratory, including microscale work. - Work under air-free and moisture-free conditions. - Experience with spectroscopic techniques (NMR, UV/Vis, etc.). - Experience in designing and planning complex synthetic sequences. - Language: Excellent English language skills (written and oral). - Personal Attributes: Creative and ambitious candidate with a strong passion for chemistry and research. Team player who helps and motivates others. Humble and friendly personality with a sense of humor.
