Are you an experienced Salesforce Project Manager looking to join a growing consultancy where you'll play a key role in delivering complex transformation programmes for enterprise clients?
We're looking for a commercially minded Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce programmes from inception through to successful delivery. This is a highly client-facing role, requiring someone who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders whilst driving exceptional delivery outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end Salesforce transformation programmes across enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
- Managing programme plans, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
- Building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Leading Agile delivery teams across multiple workstreams and locations.
- Managing programme risks, dependencies, governance and change control.
- Supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to continued business growth.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce projects and programmes.
- Consultancy experience is essential.
- Experience leading programmes valued at £1m+.
- Strong Agile delivery experience.
- Integration and data migration programme experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A stable permanent career history within consulting or professional services environments.
Please note this position is best suited to candidates who have built their careers within consultancy and client-facing delivery environments. We are not seeking career contractors or generalist Project Managers with limited Salesforce experience.
