PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Your Mission

Our Actuarial Services department is growing and we are looking for Trainees who are eager to learn in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Be a Part Of Our Team Where You Will

  • Support the core activities of an international actuarial team associated with actuarial and risk modelling, including developing models, running actuarial calculations and supporting actuarial reviews related to technical provisions (e.g. recalculations, experience studies and assumption validation).
  • Analyse the regulatory and accounting requirements (under IFRS and Lux Gaap) that can be applied to the insurance sector
  • Support other teams and clients with projects including M&A and due diligence (DD) engagements, credit risk modelling projects, risk capital modelling and actuarial outsourcing.
  • Take part in assignments relating to the creation or resettlement of companies (insurance, reinsurance and pension funds): feasibility analysis, restructuring of capital ownership and portfolio transfer.
  • Support the development of new tools, solutions and products, explore embedding AI solutions in day-to-day actuarial activities, and services.

About

Let’s talk about you. If you have …

  • If you are currently pursuing a degree (bachelor or master) in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or quantitative finance;
  • Previous actuarial internship or relevant work experience is an advantage;
  • Familiarity with R and/or Python for modelling and analytics is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach;
  • A proactive, curious and collaborative mindset;
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of French and/or German is an asset;
  • An interest in the broader insurance industry and a willingness to learn.
