Manage and monitor projects, works, and initiatives; Control schedules, milestones, scope, costs, and delivery progress; Follow up on activities with responsible parties to identify deviations and support action definition; Monitor physical progress of works and projects, conducting field visits when necessary; Monitor contracts, planned deliveries, and schedule compliance; Analyze operational indicators and create reports/dashboards for decision support; Ensure alignment between planning and execution; Prepare status reports and present information to leadership and stakeholders; Act as focal point for follow-up and governance, interfacing with Engineering, Supply, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, CAPEX, and contractors; Support innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives; Identify improvement opportunities and advance initiatives under coordination responsibility.
