As a Java Fullstack - Manager, you will lead and inspire teams within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Custom Application Development & Testing. You will leverage your skills in software engineering to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions for our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will be accountable for strategic planning and execution, confirming that projects meet client expectations and align with our firm's values and business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Leading software engineering teams in the development and implementation of custom applications
- Managing client support and engagement workstreams to deliver innovative technology solutions
- Utilizing Java Fullstack capabilities to drive application development and testing processes
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices
- Implementing software development methodologies to enhance project planning and execution
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
- Facilitating continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for efficient software lifecycle management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and improve process management
- Promoting the use of acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) for quality assurance testing
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Java and JavaScript for full-stack development
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies effectively
- Managing complex software projects with strategic planning and execution
- Leading teams in custom application development and testing environments
- Excelling in client management and relationship building
- Embracing innovation in software engineering and product development
