Lead, coach, and develop a team of QC analysts; Set clear, measurable objectives aligned to business and QC goals; Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and individual development plans; Monitor and manage attendance, annual leave, and overall team capacity; Accountable for the team's delivery against turnaround times for Finished Product, Raw Materials, and In-Process testing; Lead daily QC tier/status meetings; Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, OOS/OOT investigations, and data integrity standards; Act as a key interface between QC, QA, Manufacturing, and external stakeholders
